Talaash Terms & Condition

By booking a ticket, subscribing to an event, or participating in any experience hosted by Talaash by JaayVee, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Ticket Purchase & Entry

  • All tickets and passes are subject to availability.

  • Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket/pass and may require ID verification.

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Duplicated or tampered tickets will not be accepted.

  • Talaash reserves the right to deny entry to any person without explanation in cases of misconduct.

2. Code of Conduct

  • All attendees must maintain decorum and respect towards performers, staff, and fellow guests.

  • Any disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior will lead to immediate removal from the venue.

  • Intoxicated individuals may be denied entry or removed without refund.

3. Event Changes or Cancellation

  • Talaash reserves the right to change the event schedule, venue, timing, or cancel the event entirely due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In such cases, refer to our Refund Policy for applicable terms.

4. Force Majeure

  • Talaash will not be liable for any delays, interruptions, or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics.

5. Media & Content Usage

  • By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes.

  • Talaash holds the rights to use all content captured during the event across platforms.

6. Safety & Security

  • You may be subject to security checks, frisking, or bag inspection at the entry point.

  • Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, outside food/drinks, or any item deemed dangerous by the organizers.

  • Talaash is not responsible for loss/theft of personal belongings.

7. Age Restrictions

  • Some events may be age-restricted (18+ or otherwise). Entry will be denied without valid age proof if required.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, event names, and branded content are the intellectual property of Talaash and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Contact & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved under Indian laws and courts located in Ahmedabad.
