At Talaash, every event is curated with passion, planning, and purpose. We value your support and want to maintain transparency when it comes to refunds and cancellations.

1. Tickets & Passes – Non-Refundable

All tickets, passes, and subscriptions purchased for any Talaash event are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a ticket is booked, the amount will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of plans or personal emergencies

  • Missing the event

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Late arrival or denied entry due to non-compliance with rules

2. Event Postponement or Cancellation by Organizers

In case an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Talaash, we will provide one of the following options:

  • Full refund (processed within 7-10 working days), OR

  • Ticket transfer to the rescheduled date or next similar event

We will notify you via email and/or SMS in such cases.

3. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued in the case of force majeure events, such as:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemic-related cancellations

  • Political unrest
